Victoria Groves is a Boston-based freelance writer and writing instructor. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts-Amherst with a bachelor's degree in Journalism and a master's degree in Public Policy and Administration.

She has been published in a variety of newspapers and magazines, including The Improper Bostonian, CommonWealth, Yoga, Scouting, and Baltimore Magazine.

Victoria has been teaching writing courses both online and in person since 2002. Topics include writing for teens and tweens, newsletter writing, and crafting press releases.

She also writes a regular Home of the Week column in the Needham Times and crafts the daily calendar listings at GetSugar.com
